Salsa is in a free trial period until February 1st, 2019. We've done this to ensure that all user feedback is taken into account before we ever take payment. With that being said, there are always going to be situations in which you run into issues, and no piece of software can be completely perfect in every case.
These are some basic iPad troubleshooting tips that should help you if you do encounter any errors! Please remember that Salsa is tested and supported for 10.5 and 12.9 inch iPad Pros currently. There may be issues that cannot be resolved on other iPad sizes, and we encourage you to submit those issues, along with your iPad's size and model, to firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience.
The first thing that we recommend doing whenever you encounter any kind of error is to force close the Salsa app and reopen it. To do this, double tap the home button (or if you have a model without a home button, swipe up from the bottom) and then swipe up to close the app.
If you experience any slow performance or lagginess while sending queued messages, this is normal. We suggest that you let the app send all queued messages before using it. It should only take a minute or two.
Overlays and interfaces may not display quite as you'd expect them to. The easiest way to fix this is to ensure that they are 2732x2048 resolution.
