These are some basic iPad troubleshooting tips that should help you if you do encounter any errors! Please remember that Salsa is tested and supported for the 2nd and 3rd Generation iPad Pros, in all screen sizes. There may be issues that cannot be resolved on other iPad sizes, and we encourage you to submit those issues, along with your iPad's size and model, to firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience.
The first thing that we recommend doing whenever you encounter any kind of error is ensure that you have the latest version of Salsa downloaded. To do this, open the App Store and navigate to the Update tab. You may need to pull-down to refresh.
Salsa is up to date, the next step would be to force close the Salsa app and reopen it. To do this, double tap the home button (or if you have a model without a home button, swipe up from the bottom) and then swipe up to close the app.
If you experience any slow performance or lagginess while sending queued messages, this is normal. We suggest that you let the app send all queued messages before using it. It should only take a minute or two.
Overlays and interfaces may not display quite as you'd expect them to. The easiest way to fix this is to ensure that they are 2732x2048 resolution.
Remember that without Salsa App, you won't be able to turn your booth lights on or off.
