These are some basic iPad troubleshooting tips that should help you if you do encounter any errors! Please remember that Salsa is tested and supported for the 2nd and 3rd Generation iPad Pros, in all screen sizes. There may be issues that cannot be resolved on other iPad sizes, and we encourage you to submit those issues, along with your iPad's size and model, to email@example.com.
The first thing that we recommend doing whenever you encounter any kind of error is ensure that you have the latest version of Salsa installed. To do this, open the App Store and navigate to the Update section. You may need to pull-down to refresh.
If Salsa is up to date, the next step would be to force close the Salsa app and reopen it. To do this, double tap the home button (or if you have a model without a home button, swipe up from the bottom) and then swipe up to close the app.
If overlays and guest interfaces do not display correct, we recommend double checking the file's type and dimensions and make sure that they match the recommended size and type.
